At a time when I needed self-reflection, I found this app.

The mix of self-reflective questions, evaluations and knowledge courses got me back on track. I concentrate on positive things again and no longer take weaknesses and negative feelings so seriously.

Thanks so much to this app because it helped me in difficult times and to understand my mental state more and it still does. I highly recommend it to anyone who believes they have psychological problems or if someone already knows they have them.

Thanks to this app I discovered that I suffer from depression and that I should see a psychologist. He literally saved my life.You can use it for free but some things have to be paid for and if I could pay I would do it without thinking about it. I hope it helped ☺️
